Pedagogy Pack! Authentic and Automatic Assessments: Building Quality Multiple-Choice Questions

FreeGrading is often referenced as the most time consuming part of teaching. While meaningful feedback is important, valid, effective assessments do not always need to be personally graded. Many instructors already use automatically graded multiple choice tests, quizzes, and activities to assess their student’s learning. This event will:
- Equip you with the knowledge and skills to formulate Authentic Multiple Choice Assessments
- Help you construct automatically graded multiple-choice tests, quizzes, and activities in Canvas.
- Help you connect these two skills so that you can save time on grading without compromising the quality of your feedback, assessments, or student’s learning.
