2025 Open Enrollment Informational Meetings – Lebanon

2025 open enrollment will begin on Monday, November 18th, and run through Monday, December 2nd. Informational benefit meetings will be held on the following dates and times:

| Monday, November 18 | Springfield Campus – PMC-103 | 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm |
| Tuesday, November 19 | Richwood Valley Campus | 8:00 am – 10:00 am |
| Tuesday, November 19 | Table Rock Campus | 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm |
| Wednesday, November 20 | Waynesville Education Center | 8:30 am – 10:30 am |
| Wednesday, November 20 | Lebanon Education Center | 11:00 am – 1:00 pm |

The online benefit portal will open on November 18th and will close on December 2nd at 11:59 pm. All employees must access their benefits and complete the online enrollment – even if you don’t want to make changes our vendors require an annual electronic signature.
