FreeSession Title: Best Practices in Writing Employee Performance Evaluations

Session Description: This professional development training session is geared toward current supervisors who have responsibility for completing annual employee performance reviews. This session will cover the following: why employee performance management is important (to the employee, to your department & to Ozarks Tech); what components make up performance management in general and performance evaluations in particular; what to consider in regard to key performance indicators and the rating scale; the importance of providing supporting comments/performance examples; common errors and how to avoid them; and legal considerations to keep in mind. This two-hour session will include lecture, participant interaction, and hands-on activities.
This is a repeat of training that was offered in Spring 2024. Please feel free to attend if you are new to Ozarks Tech, new to your supervisory role and/or or need a refresher from last year.
