Session Description: When disruptive behavior occurs, it’s essential to have strategies in place for managing it effectively. This session will provide instructors with tools and strategies for creating a positive and productive learning environment, even in the face of challenging behavior.
Session Learning Outcomes:
- Identify causes of disruptive behavior in the classroom
- Establish clear expectations for what is and is not acceptable behavior in the classroom
- Employ strategies for managing difficult and disruptive behavior
