Employee Performance Feedback – Best Practices for Evaluation Meetings & Beyond

FreeThis professional development training session is geared toward current supervisors who have responsibility for completing annual employee performance reviews. This session will cover the following: preparing for the performance evaluation meeting; conducting the performance evaluation meeting (including delivering constructive feedback; providing deserved recognition; actively listening; dealing with emotions; discussing development); and planning for continuous communication and feedback throughout the year. This two-hour session will include lecture, participant interaction, and hands-on activities. Arriving on time is critical to covering all the details.
