As the current strategic plan comes to a close, OTC has begun to collect input for the new Strategic Plan – DREAM. PLAN. BUILD. | 2023-2028 Strategic Plan. Faculty and staff feedback is valuable in forming the new 2023-2028 Strategic Plan.
