- Understand their own professional responsibilities with respect to Title IX
- Locate and refer students to a resources that provide support across the larger OTC community

- What is the history and importance of Title IX (TIX)?
- What is our professional responsibility in relation to TIX?
- Once a TIX concern is reported, what happens next?
- How does pregnancy & parenting fit into TIX?
- What accommodations are possible for pregnant & parenting students?
- What is project HEAL and how does the program support students on and off campus?
- How can we effectively respond to students impacted by TIX related concerns?
- How can we best support our TIX team when the students we serve are connected to their resources?
- What other state and federal protections are available to students and how does the College Director of Civil Rights assist?
