Understanding Our Students and Responding to Cultural Differences
Facilitated by Daniel Ogunyemi and Kevin Luebbering
This presentation will focus on how employees can best serve the mission of OTC with a student-first mentality in supporting students from all backgrounds. The presenters will define how diversity, equity and compliance, and perception intermingle as well as present case studies relevant to OTC’s students. Participants can expect to actively participate in robust discussions in the process of developing culturally sound responses to students’ needs.
