Session Description: In this session, we’ll take a look at the intersection of aesthetics and instruction. We’ll examine ways to create a course that is designed to be both beautiful and intentionally serve the needs of our learners.
Session Learning Objectives:
- Identify common strategies to structure course content for ease of navigation.
- Utilize Canvas text editor functions to chunk learning content.
- Utilize media in a way that is accessible to all students and intentionally clarifies content.
- Understand how course aesthetics lend to learner mindset.
- Explore tools for creating instructional images and illustrations.
