It’s not always easy knowing what to say to someone experiencing emotional challenges such as a loss, trauma, or major life change. During this podcast, supervisors, HR managers, peer support team members, and individual employees will learn basic techniques to provide help and support, how to support without taking on the counselor or therapist role and strategies to help others access professional help.
