Session Description: Discover what you naturally do best with the CliftonStrengths assessment! In this session, you’ll uncover your unique talents and learn how to develop them into powerful strengths. Not only will these insights boost your professional effectiveness, but they will also enrich your personal life. Join this session and start a strengths-based journey of self-discovery and growth.

- This virtual-only session is intended for employees at extended locations. If you are a Springfield campus employee and would like to attend this virtual event, please contact the Professional Development Institute at pd@otc.edu or 417-447-4800 to join the waitlist. If there are any remaining seats after extended-location employees have had the opportunity to RSVP, the session will then be open to Springfield campus employees.
- Before RSVPing for this session, please speak with your supervisor as several departments have scheduled individualized CliftonStrengths presentations. If your department is not scheduled for an individualized presentation, we invite you to RSVP below. Once your RSVP has been received, the Professional Development Institute will send you information for completing the CliftonStrengths assessment as well as a calendar invite with meeting details.
