Conflict Resolution and De-escalation

Conflict is unavoidable no matter how effective you are as a communicator. Competing ideas, differing perspectives, cultural differences, and emotions factor into our ability to problem-solve and communicate. This session will examine the origin of conflict and provide you with tools to de-escalate and manage interpersonal conflicts.
