Session Description: QPR stands for Question, Persuade, and Refer — three simple steps anyone can learn to help someone in crisis. Just as CPR and the Heimlich Maneuver save lives, QPR training teaches you to recognize the warning signs of suicide, offer hope, and refer individuals to appropriate resources. In as little as one hour, you can empower yourself to make a positive difference in the life of a student, colleague, or friend, or neighbor.
