Session Description: Effective communication is key to collaboration, decision-making, and conflict resolution within educational institutions. The TRIP Communication Model (Task, Relationship, Identity, Process) offers a framework to navigate communication challenges among diverse academic relationships. This presentation introduces the TRIP model and demonstrates how it can improve communication and outcomes in higher education settings.
