Session Description: This two-hour training session is designed to equip supervisors with the skills and knowledge necessary to conduct effective behavioral-based interviews. Participants will learn the fundamentals of this interviewing technique, including how to prepare, conduct, and evaluate interviews to identify the best candidates based on past behaviors and experiences. Through interactive discussions, practical exercises, and role-playing scenarios, supervisors will gain hands-on experience and receive feedback to refine their interviewing skills.
