  • Posting all open positions and accepting applications for those positions
  • Managing new employee orientations, including sexual harassment orientation
  • Act as an advocate for employees to ensure rights are upheld
  • Provide an open-door policy for employees to voice concerns
  • Maintain and distribute awards for longevity, attendance, and more
  • Maintain all vacation and sick-leave time for employees
  • Oversee salary increases and provide salary recommendations for all positions to the Chancellor
  • Produce all contracts for full-time, part-time, and adjunct employees
